So I have made it to Bolivia. What a long journey, made worse by the fact that the first leg was delayed, which mends I missed the connection, then when I got the next flight that was also delayed and missed the next flight! Finally got here only 7 hours later than expected. Could have been a lot worse!

The consulate have granted my visa! I’m nearly ready to go. I’ve moved out of my house and back in with my dad, only for a month though! Not long to go now, aghhh.

Finally I have booked my flight. I travel out on the 1st September via Madrid and Buenos Aries. It’s a long flight, total of 18 hours!

Bolivian Consulate

So, stage one, get myself a Specific Purpose visa (Visa de objeto determinado). This allows me 30 days from date of entry to apply for a residency visa. Been down to the consulate in Eaton Square, London, SW1W 9AD. Spoke to the nice girl who gave me the requirements.
